About Catie Fleming

Catie officially began her real estate journey over 10 years ago when she took a position at the Residences at The Little Nell working with clients and brokers to understand complex fractional ownership opportunities at one of Aspen's finest properties. It was here that Catie found her passion for helping both parties achieve their real estate goals and consistently exceeding clients' expectations. Eventually she moved on to fill the roles of Operations Manager and Rental Coordinator for a large brokerage in Aspen, where she handled everything from contract supervision to marketing strategies for agents and listings. Catie was on the One Snowmass and Havens sales teams in Snowmass Base Village and now helps clients find ideal properties from New Castle to Aspen. 

Having searved on the Aspen Board of Realtors Board of Directors for the past three years, Catie is deeply involved in the local real estate industry; giving her unique insight and knowledge. Additionally, Catie has served on the fundraising committee for the ABOR Heldman King Scholarship Foundation for nearly ten years, as Chair for the past two years. During this time, she has guided the committee to exceed fundraising goals year after year.

Over the past 15 years in the Valley, Catie has explored every nook and cranny. When she isn't making her clients smile, she is likely mountain biking or hiking one of her favorite trails with her husband Justin and their dogs Maya and Ryder. Catie has also served as a Director for the Aspen Board of Realtors over the past three years, this year co-chairing the fundraising committee for the Heldman King Scholarship Foundation.
